RETURNS

We accept returns for a change of mind within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. The item must be unused with all tags still attached. 
Please note that customers are responsible for all postage costs & that we will process a refund once the item reaches our warehouse.

WARRANTY

We take the utmost care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality!  If you find a fault or something not quite right with one of our products, we will review the issue as soon as possible. 

If found faulty, we will replace the product for you. If the issue is deemed wear and tear or misuse, the 12 month warranty does not apply.
